한국어를 잘하려면 제일 먼저 한글을 배워야 돼요.
To be good at Korean, you have to learn Hangul first.
가끔 한글을 안 배우고 로마자로 발음하는 사람들이 있는데,
Sometimes, there are people who do not learn Hangul and pronounce it in Roman letters, but
